
Partners in Education P.I.E. Grant
2025-2026 School Year
The Partners In Education Grants is one of the easiest ways to double the support for our classroom teachers.
Purpose: Support essential projects at the start of the school year while actively involving our community.
Eligibility: Active Fullerton School District Educators.

How it works:

Submit your application during the open application window: August 11, 2025 through September 30, 2025 at 3:00pm or until the $10,000 in grants have been approved/funded.

The grant exclusively covers projects that will take place during the 2025-2026 academic year.

Once your application is approved, FEF will provide you with a donor website that is unique to your project. The link will be available for you to share with your classroom families, school and or social media community.

For each dollar you raise, FEF will provide an equal match, up to the $500.

All donations must be made directly to FEF to qualify for matching.

100% of donations through your donor website, including any extra funds beyond the grant request and matched amount, will be allocated for your classroom needs.

Classroom donation websites will be active for the duration of your project, and/or until your request amount has been fulfilled. Once your project has been fully funded for the requested amount, FEF will no longer match any outside donations. All websites will be archived after the May 1, 2026 drop date. A request must be made in writing to extend the drop date.

Recipient commitments:

Applicants will need to compose a custom note of gratitude, consisting of 2-3 sentences, which will be automatically sent to all individuals contributing donations through the My Project Website.

Ongoing and purposeful promotion of FEF throughout the project to the classroom and school community. Include FEF logo or acknowledgment on program book, flyers or any media pertaining to the funded project.

P.I.E. Grant FAQ:

What type of projects are eligible for the P.I.E. Grant?

Any project you can use additional support for. Consider the following: Field Trips, manipulatives, Books, Supplies, etc. These are suggested categories but are not limited to.

If I’m approved and funded for a P.I.E. Grant, will I be eligible to apply for FEF’s Innovation Grant later in the year?

Yes, you will be eligible to apply for FEF’s Innovation Grant.

What if I can not raise enough to complete my project funding?
-
You will still receive 100% of the funds raised through your donation website including your matching dollars.

The donation page will stay active for the duration of your project or until you reach your goal.

What happens when my project has been fully funded?
-
Once your project has met its funding goal you will receive a check from FEF.

FEF will no longer match donations once your project has met it’s funding goal or has reached the maximum matching donation of $500.

Once your project has met its funding goal your project’s funding site will be marked as inactive.
